On 10 July, Connect Bogotá and the EU-LAC Digital Accelerator co-hosted an online session to introduce EU-LAC Digital Accelerator to key corporate players in Colombia. The meeting brought together 25 participants representing 9 leading companies from across the country, all keen to explore how collaboration with European and Caribbean startups could accelerate their digital transformation strategies.
During the session, representatives from the EU-LAC Digital Accelerator presented how the project works, detailing the support available to corporates seeking to strengthen their innovation capabilities. Participants engaged actively throughout, showing clear interest in the opportunities for collaboration and the chance to access curated, high-potential startups from Europe and the Caribbean.
This meeting marks a promising step in building stronger ties between Colombian industry and international innovation networks. Further discussions and tailored matchmaking activities are expected in the coming months to help turn these opportunities into concrete partnerships.
