On 16 September 2025, EU-LAC Digital Accelerator, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy of Argentina, held the on-site workshop “Internationalise your company by offering solutions for digital transformation”, an event designed to provide innovative startups and SMEs with concrete tools to expand into new markets and strengthen ties with Europe and the Caribbean.
The workshop took place at the Undersecretariat of Industrial Policy of the Ministry of Economy, where representatives of EU-LAC Digital Accelerator shared with participants key insights about the programme, its matching platform, and the acceleration services available . including specialised mentoring, proof-of-concept support, and guidance for internationalisation strategies.
A total of 13 Argentine companies from different provinces took part in the session, presenting innovative solutions in fields such as software, big data, artificial intelligence, electronic security, and applied engineering. Through interactive exchanges and networking opportunities, these companies were able to explore potential collaborations, identify strategic partners, and broaden their vision of the internationalisation process.
One of the highlights of the workshop was the clear interest and potential of the Argentine innovation ecosystem, as well as the commitment of local companies to build strategic alliances that go beyond borders.
With this workshop, EU-LAC Digital Accelerator reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the internationalisation of startups and SMEs across Latin America, connecting them with real business opportunities in Europe and the Caribbean, and contributing to greater competitiveness and innovation in the region.
