Introduction to the webinar

We believe that diverse leadership drives broader business perspectives and thus, stronger innovation. That’s why we are partnering with the WiD Forum, a key initiative under the Digital Europe Programme working to build an inclusive European digital future by advancing women’s participation in ICT.

The WiD Forum is a pan-European multi-stakeholder platform established under the WIDCON project to strengthen the participation, retention, and leadership of girls and women across the digital ecosystem. The Forum brings together policymakers, education and training providers, industry representatives, researchers, and civil society organisations to address structural barriers along the Women in Digital pipeline, from STEM education to ICT careers and digital leadership. It operates through thematic working groups, evidence-based dialogue, and collaborative policy development, aiming to generate practical recommendations, foster cross-sector cooperation, and contribute to a more inclusive and competitive European digital transformation.
