Your shortcut to enter Latin American & Caribbean markets: The EU-LAC Digital Accelerator

During the session, Miguel Rodríguez, Open Innovation Consultant, along with Rubén Carrandi, Senior Project Leader at the EU-LAC Digital Accelerator, will expand on how European/Polish startups can “match” with corporates in Latin America and the Caribbean to develop a joint pilot that can later act as a passport to expand business in these regions.

Both Miguel and Rubén are directly involved in various open innovation acceleration services, such as proof of concept or internationalisation strategy.

N.B. Since this webinar is in English, any English speaker from one of the regions where the EU-LAC Digital Accelerator operates (the European Union, Latin America, or the Caribbean) is welcome to join.

Programme

The webinar will tackle the following topics:

• The EU-LAC Digital Accelerator programme. 
• The Matching Platform & Challenges: A B2B marketplace where corporates and startups can find each other. The platform currently features over 40+ corporate challenges that are updated weekly and that startups can apply to.
• The project’s 5th open innovation call targeted towards existing corporate-startup partnerships.
• The programme’s acceleration services: Proof of Concept, internationalisation strategy, scaling into corporate structures, etc. The average rating of the services is 8.9/10.
• Available financial support: Up to €10,500 in funding for selected startups to carry out their proof of concept with their corporate partner.
• Success stories & Impact: Startups and digital SMEs that participated in the first four open calls and succeeded in entering new markets, scaling a pilot, and more.
