The EU-LAC Digital Accelerator continues its workshop series in the Caribbean region on Tuesday, April 16th and Wednesday, April 17th. The second workshop will be held in Dominican Republic at the The Real Intercontinental, Santo Domingo. Both workshops will start at 9:00 am and finish at 4:30 pm local time.
The Caribbean Export Development Agency will host the workshop in collaboration with the European Business & Innovation Centre Network and the participation of representatives of the European Union Delegation. The main objective of this series is to engage with corporates, startups, and SMEs from the Caribbean region, provide them with support, and encourage them to participate in the accelerator. The workshops will introduce participants to the accelerator, its benefits, opportunities, and acceleration in-kind services, which are valued at up to 30,000 euros.
Additionally, the upcoming workshops will offer practical sessions for both corporates and startups to maximize the benefits of the EU-LAC Digital Accelerator matching platform. These sessions will explain how the platform connects Caribbean corporations and innovative digital startups with business partners in Europe and Latin America. The corporate workshop will focus on how to structure and upload challenges onto the platform, through a one-on-one session. The startup and SME workshop will include a digital check-up tool presentation and demonstration, followed by an interactive group session.
