As part of their commitment to broaden digital transformation efforts, they have joined the EU-LAC Digital Accelerator to connect with Latin American and Caribbean digital solutions. They have submitted two challenges related to engagement and innovation learning available on our matching platform, inviting startups and innovative SMEs to step in and propose innovative solutions that can address specific operational and strategic needs.

 

Communication Strategy for the Service Portfolio

Colsubsidio is looking to enhance how it communicates its extensive portfolio of services to over 100,000 companies and 1.5 million workers. The challenge lies in aligning messaging and communication channels to meet the specific needs of diverse user segments. Current efforts are complicated by the large portfolio, member volume, and operational challenges in both physical and digital service channels.

They seek a digital communication strategy that simplifies how users access and understand the services. The strategy must factor in user profiles, geographic location, communication preferences, and Colombia’s data privacy regulations.

Monetization of the Innovation Learning and Knowledge Community

Colsubsidio has built a thriving Innovation Learning and Knowledge Community, holding regular virtual and in-person events for over seven years. With an average of 350 to 450 participants per session and thousands more via replays, the program has achieved significant visibility and maturity. Now, Colsubsidio aims to monetize these services to ensure sustainability and further growth.

The challenge is to redesign the current community model to integrate existing webinars and events into a monetized platform. This platform should offer valuable services for entrepreneurs and key actors in the Latin American innovation ecosystem. Colsubsidio seeks innovative monetization strategies that not only capitalize on existing services but also propose new offerings that will attract and engage the community.


These challenges are available on the EU-LAC Digital Accelerator matching platform, offering startups and SMEs the opportunity to engage directly with Colsubsidio to help address these needs. Colsubsidio can support by providing resources for the construction of the prototype and availability of potential clients for hypothesis validation and testing.

Match your digital solutions and apply for our Open Call #2 to gain our in-kind acceleration services valued at up to 30,000 euros for Latin American startups and 40,000 for Caribbean startups. You will implement a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) project with Ormazabal to perform a preliminary test of your solution, service, or technology. The PoC will validate part of the functionality of your solution, service or technology or test the complete functionality on a reduced scale. It lasts less than four months, and a contract is signed to regulate the terms and conditions of the PoC and subsequent relations.
